The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the indirect lending for our customers, ensuring compliance with the dealership, banks, city, state, and federal laws. Duties
- Manage financial transactions, including loan, title, warranty processing.
- Negotiate financing terms with lenders to secure favorable loan options for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer questions regarding finance or products.
- Utilize software to keep accurate records of transactions and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to promote upselling opportunities for financing products.
- Conduct basic math calculations related to contracts and financing agreements.
- Train and mentor junior staff on financial processes and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- 3 yrs experience as a Finance Manager within a dealership setting.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for customers.
- Familiarity with loan officer responsibilities and title processing procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools for managing transactions.
- Basic math skills necessary for contract calculations and financial analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Understand deal structure and how each bank determines LTV, bookouts, structure, rate matrixes, etc.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
