Job Overview
Andy Mohr Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Coordinator to join our Service Department BDC team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointment schedules for our customers by communicating with clients who reach out needing service and contacting customers who are due for service on their vehicles. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze data effectively. Bilingual skills are a bonus. No experience necessary, will train the right person.
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients using our scheduling software.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and and text to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients regarding appointments and services.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Provide excellent client services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and scheduling.
- Previous experience in client services or sales is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on data.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
