Job Summary
Andy Mohr Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Special Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the applications for customers who fall into a subprime credit category. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of working with both these individuals and the banks that work with subprime finance. A strong background in both prime and subprime will be needed for this opportunity. Candidates must be serious and aware of compliance with all banking and legal regulations for this role. Duties
- Manage and oversee credit applications, submissions, CITs and other aspects of indirect lending responsibilities.
- Validate contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
- Utilize financial software generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with loan officers to facilitate loan processing and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to financial products and services.
- Support the sales team by providing financial insights that drive business decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in financial management within a dealership setting.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Experience in automotive sales and F&I
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to apply skills to deals
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
