Job Overview
We are seeking a customer focused Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their drinks.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to food safety standards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service when necessary
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with a background in the food industry or hospitality will be considered.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage; training will be provided for those unfamiliar.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
