Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Hire and develop the store teams to deliver legendary customer experiences
• Drive the implementation of company programs to meet operational and organizational objectives
• Manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Andy’s Frozen Custard
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities and practices to the store team
• Review store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
• Create implementation plans to support execution of regional and company initiatives
• Follow up consistently to ensure accountability to plans
• Utilize existing tools for communications to the store management team
• Solicit customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community

• Demonstrates a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and set a positive example for the store team
• Prepare for a future opportunities within our growing business.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing/walking

• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs

• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps.

• Constant computer/POS Register and fountain equipment usage.

• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.

• Constant reaching, turning and performing precision work around fountain area

• Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word

• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have 2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in related industry. Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work all shifts.

• Minimum Age 19
