Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Shift Manager role located in Independence, MO at Andy's Frozen Custard. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards. They will also handle inventory control, cash management, and uphold company policies and procedures.
