Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated individual to join our team and provide administrative support to our Practice Manager and Providers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support.
- Assist in keeping the practice running smoothly.
- Distribute correspondence appropriatley.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Support employee inquiries by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while being able to pivot as various tasks arise.
- Collaborate with Practice Manager to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Prepare and coordinate on-site and offsite meetings as well as interviews.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage credentialing for new and existing providers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Anesthesia Associates of Rock Hill, PA was formed on May 22, 1981. Our staff includes 10 Anesthesiologists, 40 Anesthetists and 3 Pain Nurses.
We are currently a full-service anesthesia practice that values patient safety, community & hospital service and high-quality patient and surgeon experiences. We are a physician owned, independent full-service anesthesia practice.
