Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Implement training development programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Ensure the effective use of phone systems and other communication tools within the office.
- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while promoting a positive work culture.
- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative software applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Background in human resources or training development is advantageous.
