Role: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location : Austin, TX
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log and track service requests in a ticketing system.
- Assist with software installations and updates.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
- Maintain and update knowledge base for common issues.
- Ensure IT security practices are followed by users.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), software, and networking.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
