Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LSW, LISW, MSW, LPC or LPCC in the state of Ohio.
- Range for LSW, MSW or LPC is between $32-$36/billable hour based on experience. Range for LISW or LPCC is $39 - $41.50/billable hour based on experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Availability to provide both telehealth and in-person services in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to clients.
- Work with clients of all ages, from adolescence to adulthood (providers may specify their preferred age group).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid NPI Number and Medicaid Number prior to starting.
- Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a safe, inclusive environment for all clients.
