Job Summary: Anew Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a school-based therapist in Wilmington, OH. Job Duties:
Your role will include using your specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills in counseling, assessments and preparations of treatment plans, and diagnostic interviews to provide therapeutic services to behavioral health clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with individual, group, and family-oriented sessions.
- Maintain documentation of services provided and client progress.
- Work collaboratively with client, client family, case managers and referral sources.
- Work with clients to develop Individual Treatment Plans.
- Participate in regular care conferences and case reviews.
- Must remain in compliance with agency, federal and state confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LSW, LISW, MSW, LPC or LPCC in the state of Ohio.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Availability to provide both telehealth and in-person services in the office.
- Must possess a valid NPI Number and Medicaid Number prior to starting.
- Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to students.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
