As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Anew Healthcare and Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in assisting our occupational therapy team in implementing individualized rehabilitation programs for our residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists to implement and carry out individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to residents as prescribed by the therapist.
- Assist residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility to maximize independence.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Participate in family conferences and provide education on therapeutic interventions and home programs.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
