Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, structural repairs, and refinishing
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet fleet service deadlines
- Ensure repairs meet or exceed OEM and company standards
- Maintain a clean and professional work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow
- Stay current with industry best practices, new repair technologies, and ASE certification requirements (if not already certified)
- Minimum 2 years of professional auto body repair experience (fleet repair experience strongly preferred)
- ASE certifications or a strong willingness to obtain them
- Expertise in structural and non-structural repairs, refinishing, and OEM repair procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to professionalism
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
