Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Title & Registration Billing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently. We welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong aptitude for financial analysis, even if they do not possess a college degree or certifications traditionally required for similar roles.
Responsibilities :
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Review invoices, verify billing codes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues with vendors and clients.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and efficiency.
Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners regarding billing matters.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related financial roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in a billing or financial analysis role.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
