Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment & Reconciliation, the Enrollment and Reconciliation technician supports daily medication reconciliation between EMR systems to assure medication profiles are up to date in a timely manner. Enrolls and updates demographics and medication for all new contracts.

This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

Job Details

Responsibilities
- Processes the daily JIRA tickets
- Reconciles all JIRA tickets for each PACE client by an entry into EireneRx
- Enrolls new Participants into EireneRx monthly.
- Profiles medications into EireneRx when Implementing a new client.
Qualifications

- High school diploma required or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Required: 3 years of pharmacy technician experience is preferred
- CPhT preferred
- Must have active Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy in state reside
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent typing/data entry accuracy with good speed.
- Good computer skills to navigate proprietary and other pharmacy software.
- Able to compile, code, categorize, calculate and verify data.
- Strong listening/reading comprehension. Understanding of clinical terms and impacts.
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
