Job Details
The Fulfillment Operations Lead Trainer serves as a subject matter expert and key contributor to the department's workflow. This role combines frontline responsibilities with leadership duties, focusing on training, mentoring, and supporting the development of pharmacy team members. Acting as a leader and advocate for continuous improvement, the Fulfillment Operations Lead Trainer collaborates with department leadership to drive efficiency, quality, and team performance. This position provides a pathway for dedicated individuals to grow their careers by demonstrating leadership, communication, and training capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the fulfillment department, ensuring adherence to standard workflows and department goals.
- Actively contribute to day-to-day department operations, as assigned by supervisors.
- Conduct training for new hires, cross-trainees, and existing team members requiring additional support.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and support to improve the performance of team members in collaboration with supervisors.
- Oversee and assist with the prioritization of STAT orders, quality checklists, and standard work processes.
- Prepare, monitor, and adjust technician schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Analyze and act on reports from systems like Salesforce and DOMO, including Missing Orders and Special Delivery reports, to resolve workflow issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve patient issues, demonstrating superior written and verbal communication skills
