Job Details
The Manager, Fulfillment Administration, is an on-sits position reporting to the Lab SVP is a key role and a clear stepping-stone to future leadership positions within the pharmacy. The objective of this position is to both provide hands-on support and lead a group of administrative technicians to manage workflow, timeliness and quality of deliveries and service from the fulfillment center. Previous pharmacy fulfillment experience is helpful but not mandatory for this position. Extensive on-site training and development will be provided for this important leader. The goal of this position is to ensure all orders where inventory is available are administratively cleared through our Coreflex software and are shipped on time. This individual will also ensure processes are in place for seamless communications with the call center and required information is passed to the call center for client engagement. A "clear" and resolved order backlog by the end of each operating day is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the fulfillment order backlog for inventory availability and allocation in our Coreflex operating software Lead team of individuals working through the order backlog in the Coreflex system to ensure new products are added, inventory allocations are reallocated / redirected to critical orders
- Dotted line leadership of technicians and processes associated with the "Exceptions" station in the lab to ensure loop closure, communication and order delivery
- Ensure order changes, cancellations and follow-ups occur for fulfillment-initiated order changes as well as call center directed order changes and expedites Monitor tote workflow in available analytics tools to adjust the flow of orders being inducted into the automated fulfillment system to maximize line efficiency and avoid bottlenecks
- Ensure that there is total end of day order clearance and needed communications have been made with the call center for any delivery exceptions
- Develop and maintain operating procedures for this administrative team and that training and change management are executed immediately and with excellence
