Sr. Manager of Commercial Services & Pricing

Angeion is seeking a Sr. Manager of Commercial Services & Pricing to play a pivotal role in developing and managing our pricing and commercial strategies to align with our company’s growth goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging data-driven strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future direction of Angeion.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Commercial Planning:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with the Revenue Team, ensuring alignment with market needs and Angeion’s growth objectives.
Estimating and Pricing Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of advanced pricing strategies that maintain competitiveness and maximize profitability.
- Oversee the creation of accurate cost estimates and pricing models.
Analytics & Forecasting:
- Use advanced analytics to enhance pricing and estimating models based on customer behavior.
- Assist in creating accurate forecasting models tailored to market conditions.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring deadlines are met, KPIs are achieved, and a strong collaboration exists with internal stakeholders.
Contract Negotiation:
- Support contract negotiations to achieve advantageous terms while improving profitability.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with key clients and stakeholders to adapt pricing models to market needs, supporting the efforts of Sales and Customer Success teams.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with all commercial and legal regulations alongside adherence to company policies.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications and bring a strong drive for excellence in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial services, pricing strategy, or related fields. Legal industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost estimating, pricing models, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in data analytics, market research, and forecasting methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen to align strategies with company goals.
- Proven leadership in team management, talent development, and performance management within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster productive, long-term business relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance in commercial and legal standards.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).
