What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Excellence Lead - Remote position at Angel Aligner?
The Clinical Excellence Lead will serve as the highest level of clinical support for all aligner treatment plans for both internal and external customers and will provide feedback to the North America (NA) medical team surrounding clinical protocols and trends of North American practitioners.

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical expertise and support to NA orthodontists on clinical issues related to aligner treatment plans and design protocols.
• Handle clinical communication with internal and external customers.
• Handle sensitive customer situations, use problem solving and investigation skills to bring quick resolution.
• Use data to identify department and business improvement opportunities and create proposals with actions to execute.
• Serve as a clinical resource for the internal Angel Aligner team (i.e Sales and Integration teams, and others as required)
• Liaise with headquarter medical team to provide feedback/recommendations (using customer feedback and data) on treatment designs for the NA region
• Develop partnerships with Integration Specialist team to share best practices and stay current on various clinical strategies.
• Lead complex treatment plan discussions and create plans or recommendations that increase customer satisfaction.
• Create educational content from a clinical aspect to assure relevance and accuracy in the NA market.
• Provide clinical assistance to the sales organization as required.
• Participate in study groups as facilitator and/or moderator as required by the NA team.
• Actively mentor and lead peers as a subject matter expert in aligner therapy.

Required Education and Experience:
• Orthodontics specialty degree, dental degree may be acceptable with proven orthodontic experience
• 10 years of orthodontic experience
• Prior experience treating patients with aligners
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft suite of products specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Operates with unwavering integrity and ethical standards.
Travel Requirements:
• This is a remote-based role with international travel up to 30%.
Physical Requirements:
• Regularly communicating with others to exchange information by phone, email or virtual meetings
• Visual ability to detect differences among colors including shades of color and brightness
• This role will require the ability to work on a computer at a desk for prolonged periods.
