Hospice RN Case Manager/Assistant Director of Nursing Services

Hospice RN Case Manager/Assistant Director of Nursing Services in directing and including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance. Assist in the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the nursing department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with agency's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include managing a case load, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; addressing complaints and resolving problems, part of the on call rotation. Assists with the development and implementation of nursing services, objectives. In the absence of the Director of Nursing services, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services performs the duties of the Director.

Qualifications - Licensed RN in the State of Texas (required) - 1 years experience as a RN with management experience - Experience with Hospice or home health preferred.
