Content Videographer – Mission-Driven Storytelling (Entry-Level)

About the Role:

We’re building a creative team that uses the power of storytelling to help nonprofits raise awareness, inspire action, and create change. As our Content Videographer, you’ll be on the front lines—filming short-form, vertical videos (think TikTok and Instagram Reels) that help good causes connect with their communities.

This is an entry-level position designed for aspiring creators who want to grow. You don’t need professional experience—but you do need a good eye, comfort behind the camera, and an eagerness to learn our approach to mission-driven content. We’ll provide training, creative support, and real-world opportunities to help you level up.

You will be an essential part of the content development process, from brainstorming ideas to directing scenes on the ground.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture short-form video content (vertical format) for nonprofit clients at events and on-location
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop video concepts aligned with each client’s mission
• Direct participants and help set up engaging shots in real-world settings
• Stay current with social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram
• Participate in team meetings and content strategy sessions
• Occasionally travel within Central Texas (reliable transportation is a plus)

Details:

• Location: Austin-based (some travel required)
