Angel Kids Pediatrics is seeking an Executive Assistants to CEO. The Executive Assistant performs assigned tasks in administrative settings to meet the needs of CEO. An executive assistant to the chief executive officer (CEO) provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the CEO. Duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with board members. This position is often privy to confidential information. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings • Prioritize daily issues; manage e-mail correspondence and other communication • Set-up/maintain extensive files for several projects in various stages of development. • Meeting minutes • Travel Arrangements • Performing administrative tasks in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Aide in administrative functions of the office • Preparing documents • Serves as main contact for executive staff • Strong attention to detail • Must have professional verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills • Maintains strict confidentiality • Prioritize daily issues; manage e-mail correspondence and other communication. • QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong documentation skills. • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage priorities and workflow • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Contact:
