What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Food Runner position at Angel Lagoon?
RUNNER:
Assist bartenders and kitchen staff by delivering food to guests and maintaining cleanliness in
the dining area. Provide fast, friendly, and accommodating service to ensure a positive guest
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and drinks to guests across the Lagoon, ensuring proper garnishing and timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist guests by clearing dishes and helping other team members as needed.
- Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members.
- Follow sanitation procedures and ensure food is properly prepared and presented.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
- Must be 16 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
