Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher for our Little Toddlers classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a deep commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Establish a warm, welcoming, and structured classroom environment.
- Promote early childhood development through play, music, storytelling, and sensory activities.
- Monitor and assess each child's growth and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom setting.
- Assist with meals, diapering, potty training, and hygiene routines.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations.
- Foster positive social skills, including sharing, empathy.
- Tracking and informing parents of students' progress.
- Attending parent and staff meetings.
The ideal candidate for the Toddler Teacher will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children in a Toddler or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
- Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
