Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Buss tables and assist residents during meal times, providing excellent customer service.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring food supplies and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery and address any dietary concerns from residents.
- Follow all food safety protocols during meal preparation and service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or similar food industry setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with dietary practices and nutrition is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Experience in meal preparation or culinary roles is beneficial but not required.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and residents.

Pay: $11.86 - $12.34 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
