The Dietary Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the dietary department within a healthcare facility. Responsibilities

- Supervise dietary staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality food service and compliance with dietary guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and patient needs.
- Oversee budgeting for the dietary department, ensuring cost-effective management of resources while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess patient nutritional needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Ensure proper preparation and administration of tube feeding as required for patients with specific dietary needs.
- Maintain knowledge of physiology and dietetics to provide informed recommendations regarding patient nutrition.
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing dietary services.
Qualifications

Pay: $18.73 - $19.66 per hour
