Responsibilities
- Assist with design / production for collateral pieces, including but not limited to event posters, gaming guides, invitations, direct mail, digital signage, etc.
- Assist with design / production for advertisements in newspapers, magazines, billboards, television, etc.
- Assist with design / production for property newsletters and other marketing related client communications.
- Assist with design / production coordination of materials with outside print shops to ensure quality and timely delivery of product.
- Design layouts, choosing graphic and typographic elements and styles, with any required copy to suit the project objectives, and creates sample layouts for decision.
- Use knowledge of current design software to produce visual materials for advertisement, on-site signage, direct mail, casino promotions, web site production and informative or instructional material through a variety of media outlets.
- Prepare final layouts for Digital Pre-Press Production. Check proofs for accuracy.
- Review final layout, suggesting improvements as needed, and present final layout to marketing manager for approval.
- Assist with developing and creating web content and design, keeping website current.
- Assist in maintaining portfolio and filing system of marketing collateral, film, and related materials.
- May be requested to work as an extra for marketing promotions, such as VIP Parties, concerts, and other special events.
- Assist and maintain social media updates, graphics, and promotions.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement daily with sedentary work, occasional bending and crouching. There are no adverse conditions, but the employee is exposed to tobacco smoke on a regular basis. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week work operation.
