Responsibilities
- With support, lead the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Report and analyze market data.
- Work with all casino and Tribal teams and departments to define and align creative strategy, timelines, and success metrics.
- Assist with planning and budgeting.
- Coordinate advertising placements.
- Defining the communication and channel strategy to reach key audiences/communities,
- Assist in crafting a social media brand voice
- Ensure all content is developed through a lens of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend adjustments, as needed.
- Tracking advertising trends and reporting results.
- Create detailed reports for proposed advertising strategies and concepts. Create and present case studies on projects or initiatives.
- Developing specific marketing campaigns to reach marketing goals
- Researching and forecasting marketing trends and changes
- Brainstorming innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring marketing campaigns align with branding
- Provides customer lists to stake holders, partners and/or vendors on ad-hoc basis.
- Enhance and maintain customer databases.
- Maintain integrity of data to ensure accuracy of analytical efforts.
- Assist when needed with developing standard operating procedures.
- Partners with Database Coordinators on tasks, analytics, special projects and other duties.
- Must learn, comprehend and comply with applicable Company policies and procedures, NIGC and WSGC Gaming Regulations and the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Rules.
- Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Exceptional guest services skills required.
- An Associate’s degree; and at least two (2) experience in database marketing; and/or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
- Experience in Casino Marketing preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, Bally’s Player tracking, SQL, Tableau a plus.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints and within established deadlines.
- Extensive database management and program analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent skills in time management, coordinating and prioritizing of projects, problem solving, able to handle stress.
- Math, Computer Science and analytical background required with an in-depth knowledge of spreadsheets and database applications is necessary.
- Relational and multi-dimensional database management and/or design, data warehouse management, query and/or reporting writing preferred.
- Must be able to work in an unsupervised atmosphere, detailed oriented, results oriented, maintain a high level of accuracy and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with department head and employees.
- Skill in solving practical problems and dealing with situations where only limited standardization exists
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license with the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency (TGA).
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement with the ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift. There are no adverse conditions, but employee is exposed to tobacco smoke on a regular basis. Local travel may be required.
Salary : $52,400 - $66,300
