We are seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time caregiver to assist with daily living activities for a client in Waldorf, MD. This is a flexible, part-time role with the following schedule:
Thursdays and Fridays (hours to be discussed)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide mobility support and help with walking or transportation, if needed
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required
Administer medications as directed
Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living environment
Engage in activities and provide companionship to improve emotional wellbeing
Monitor and report on health status and changes, as needed
Assist with errands or appointments
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
CNA certification is a plus
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Ability to assist with mobility support and light lifting
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Must pass a background check and provide references
