We are excited to announce an opening for a Chief Executive Officer to lead and manage a prestigious, high-end catering company. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, with a strong focus on national expansion in high-profile events such as PGA tournaments, Formula 1 races, and more. Experience with a luxury brand catering or event production company is essential.

Experience Required :

At least 10 years of proven experience in leadership roles within high-end catering, event management, or the hospitality industries, specifically in large-scale, luxury events.
A robust background in national business expansion and development, particularly within high-profile sectors like sports, entertainment, and corporate events.

Leadership Skills :

Outstanding leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive change, and meet ambitious growth targets.

Financial Acumen :

Strong financial management skills, including experience with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability while ensuring operational excellence.

Industry Knowledge :

Extensive knowledge of the luxury hospitality, catering, and event management sectors.

An established network of relationships with high-profile clients, venues, event organizers, and vendors.

Strategic Thinking :

Capability to think strategically while executing tactical plans, focusing on business growth, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Education :

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Travel Requirements :

Willingness to travel nationally for business development, event management, and client relations.
