We're searching for a dynamic President to lead and manage a prestigious, high-end catering company in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the President, you will be responsible for the business's day-to-day operations, emphasizing on national expansion of high-profile events such as PGA tournaments, Formula 1 races, etc. Experience working with a luxury brand catering or event production company is required.
Experience :
Proven experience (10 years) in leadership roles within high-end catering, event management, or hospitality industries, with a focus on large-scale, luxury events.
Strong background in national business expansion and development, particularly in high-profile sectors like sports, entertainment, and corporate events.
Leadership Skills :
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, drive change, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
Financial Acumen :
Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ability to make data-driven decisions that drive profitability while ensuring operational excellence.
Industry Knowledge :
In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality, catering, and event management industries.
Established network of relationships with high-profile clients, venues, event organizers, and vendors.
Strategic Thinker :
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a keen focus on business growth, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Education :
