Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hair Stylist / Colorist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and/or coloring techniques, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and existing clientele
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch services, including cuts, blowouts, coloring, highlights, and more
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and in good condition.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and energetic salon atmosphere.
Our ideal candidate:
- 5 years of experience in a professional salon setting.
- Proficiency in hair services for men and women
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of Connecticut (required)
- Established clientele base
