Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the long-term vision and strategy for mobile service offerings.
- Set performance goals and benchmarks to ensure the success and profitability of the mobile service program.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of mobile service technicians, support staff, and drivers.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture that focuses on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance reviews to ensure employees meet and exceed service standards
- Manage day-to-day operations of the mobile service fleet, including scheduling, route planning, inventory control, and maintenance of mobile units.
- Ensure high levels of operational efficiency, cost management, and timely delivery of services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve mobile service processes, utilizing technology to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing mobile services or field operations.
- Proven track record in managing teams, driving business growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair services, parts, and technology.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with mobile service management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service focus.
