Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, great customer service, reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various settings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to meet client expectations.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and methods for effective cleaning.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
