This role is essential to maintaining an efficient office environment, supporting team members, and assisting with various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Management: Manage and organize office activities, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-functioning workplace.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain filing systems, databases, and records accurately and confidentially.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and support team initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
- Expense & Budget Tracking: Process invoices, expense reports, and assist in tracking budgets.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial record-keeping is a plus.
