Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
