Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Data Management: Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Meeting Support: Arrange meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing team events, conferences, or training sessions.
