The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a focus on providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions, follow-up actions, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, call resolution times, and call quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college or higher education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn new software.
