You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services during customer interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
