Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining office services, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and supporting a positive work environment. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration:

    • Oversee and manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and office maintenance.
    • Coordinate office layout and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Provide executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
    • Manage office communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.
  3. Human Resources Support:

    • Assist with onboarding new employees, including desk setup, orientation, and documentation.
    • Maintain and update employee records and assist with time-off tracking and payroll preparation.
    • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  4. Financial Oversight:

    • Monitor office budgets, process invoices, and manage petty cash and expense reports.
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks in collaboration with the accounting department.
  5. Technology & Equipment Management:

    • Oversee office equipment and technology, including maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
    • Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues or software updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Salary : $18 - $24
