Key Responsibilities
- Media Relations: Assist in developing and distributing press releases, media pitches, and other public relations materials. Maintain and update media contact lists.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of press conferences, media events, and promotional campaigns.
- Research and Monitoring: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and media coverage. Monitor and report on media coverage of the organization and its campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, book appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Public Relations team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
