Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support each child's development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their child's growth and development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing strategies for positive behavior management.
- Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in a classroom setting or daycare environment working with young children.
- Background in babysitting or nannying is advantageous.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among students.
- Experience in toddler care or working directly with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
