About Us:
Angelic Hearts Home Care LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is familiar with the OSCEOLA, ORANGE, SEMINOLE, AND BREVARD COUNTY AREAS. Someone that understands the home care and healthcare industry, and is passionate about helping others. If you are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both office work and field outreach, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative operations and support the office as needed
- Handle scheduling, client communication, and staff coordination
- Collaborate with the Administrator to complete tasks and projects
- Visit local healthcare facilities, senior centers, and community organizations to market our services and generate new client leads
- Represent Angelic Hearts Home Care in the community with professionalism and compassion
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others
- Previous experience in the home care or healthcare industry is required
- Previous experience in administrative/clerical duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Must be familiar with the area
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
