Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide menu information, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communicate guest needs effectively.
• Assist with special events or promotions as needed, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests warmly and effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.49 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
