Duties

- Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the appropriate order-taking system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Sanitate tables and dining areas between guests to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to enhance guest relations.
- Process payments accurately while ensuring all transactions are handled securely.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions effectively.
- Assist with setting up dining areas before service and clearing tables after guests depart.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
