**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated EXPERIENCED Server to join our team for our lunch service.
TUESDAY - FRIDAY 10:30am - cut (cut time can range between 1:30-3:00pm)
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Knowledgable of menu/specials/allergens/dietary restrictions
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system (TOAST)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Build rapport with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for order accuracy
- Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively
- Exceptional guest relations abilities to provide top-notch service
