Daycare Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for educating and nurturing young children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers, fostering their growth and development through structured activities and play.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in accordance with daycare standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Engage children in educational activities that support their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children.

Experience

• Previous experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles to support the growth of infants and toddlers.
• Experience in caregiving roles that involve infant care or toddler care is highly desirable.
• Certification in first aid is a plus, ensuring the safety of all children under your care.
