We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team at Angels Around the Clock Home Care. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Promote the company’s culture and values during the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs and community events to enhance visibility and attract potential candidates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- A passion for helping others and understanding of the home care industry is a plus.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
