The Community Director is a visionary leader responsible for overseeing and enhancing the delivery of medical care within Hudson Manor. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong clinical background and a proven track record in operational management and leadership. The Community Director will work collaboratively with the staff, administration, and other departments to ensure high-quality resident care, optimize performance, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Leadership and Strategy:**
- Develop, implement, and evaluate medical policies and procedures that align with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
- Lead and manage the medical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere that encourages continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans for the medical services department.
2. **Clinical Operations:**
- Ensure the delivery of safe, quality medical care in compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee the management of clinical operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor resident outcomes and implement initiatives to enhance clinical performance and resident satisfaction.
3. **Quality Improvement:**
- Promote a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement across all services.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor resident safety data and clinical performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the staff and administration to support quality initiatives and address concerns.
4. **Financial Management:**
- Develop and manage the budget for the medical services department, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Analyze financial performance related to clinical operations and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
5. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Serve as a liaison between the staff and the executive leadership team, effectively communicating the needs, concerns, and suggestions of the staff to the administration.

6. **Talent Management:**

- MUST have their CORE certification.
- least 2 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
