Description:

A Gametes Donation Program Director is professionally responsible for overseeing and managing a program that facilitates the donation of gametes, which are reproductive cells such as eggs or sperm. The director plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the gametes donation program in ACRC Global.

Responsibilities:

1.Design our Gametes Donation Programs (Ova Donation & Semen Donation Programs), ensuring they align with our Organizational goals and ethical standards.

2.Build and refresh our team to provide excellent service to our donors and intended parents.

3.Lead our team in promoting the Gametes Donation Program, which includes activities such as recruiting, intake, and matching donors and intended parents, raising brand reputation, and expanding our network.

4. Achieving financial goals, which includes reaching the revenue goal of the Gametes Donation Program, assisting with setting up the wage budget, designing positions, and setting up the pay

structure.

5.Plan and execute marketing activities to raise awareness about our programs.

6.Ensure that our programs are compliant with industry standards and regulations and manage risk electively.

7. Provide guidance and support to your team and foster a Positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
