Homemaker Chores
Ø Plan, prepare and clean up after meals, including special diet menus.
Ø Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
Ø (Maintain the upkeep) Clean kitchen counters, cupboards and appliances, including oven surface burners and inside refrigerator.
Ø Clean bathroom after client use.
Ø Make beds and change sheets.
Ø Sweep, vacuum and/or mop floors as needed (client only)
Ø Tidy and dust the house. (client area only)
Ø Launder clothes and linens. (client only)
Ø Bag trash inside the home and put it out for pickup.
Ø Shop for Client’s essential errands (groceries, cleaning supplies, etc.).
Ø Perform essential errands (pickup prescriptions, obtain EBT card, etc.).
Ø Read and write essential correspondence for clients with needs.
Personal Care
Ø Assisting with dietary needs, including meal preparations and cleanup and assist with eating/feeding.
Ø Assisting with dressing and grooming, including helping with dressing and undressing, combing hair and nail care.
Ø Assisting with bathing and personal hygiene, including shampooing hair, oral hygiene, denture care, and shaving.
Ø Assisting with toileting and continence, including assisting in going to the bathroom. This category may also include the changing of beds for persons with medically related limitations that prohibit the completion of this task.
Ø Assisting with mobility and transfer and ambulation when client can at least partially bear weight.
Ø Assisting with medications, including assisting with the self-administration of medication, applying nonprescription topical ointments and lotions.
Ø Medically related household task, including homemaker chore tasks.
Aides will maintain the upkeep of your home; they will not do any heavy cleaning. Work being done is for the CLIENT ONLY!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
